i and my long distance boyfriend, we kind of broke up months ago, but not a clear cut, he still called me on my cell from time to time. he is not internet savvy like me, so i will just see him get online once in a while in msn (he uses automatic sign-in). i deleted him but not blocking him so many times, but coulda help adding him back as i wanna see if he is online. just now, again, i saw him online, but he never talked to me. i m kind of upset, and i think i should really delete him from my list for good maybe. should i?

Yes definitely. He is your ex, meaning he is in the past. I guess you still have feelings for him. You need to get over him and the first step is stop looking for him on MSN.

But you sound that you still love him. I wonder if we are not being somewhat stupid in our quest to sort out our love mess. The guy is your ex. How does his being on your list remove the fact that you had something with him? Is it not just sheer bitterness that you block him?
If I were you, I wouldn't. I would still get a closure on the relationship even if I see him online everyday. You are you and must start building strong personal support systems that would enable you NEVER, NEVER to feel threatened by the presence of people who have got out of your life!

definately delete him. out of sight out of mind. you'll get over him quicker that way.
