i need help i cant talk to girls im just way to shy.?

i have a serious problem i cant talk to women, im 25 and i have never even had a date, i am just that shy, when i fist meet women for like 20 seconds there is no problem, but then i just fall into my shell, i really need help how can i overcome this, if i dont there is no hope, dont just say

Just relax dude when talking to women, dont be too shy or too nervous when youre around a girl. Be casual try practicing in front of the mirror.

Talking to girls is pretty simple. I used to be in the same boat as you are in now. How much do you not want to be single? If you want someone bad enough, you will find a way around it.
When I was 16 I got my driver's license but could not yet drive a stick. I wanted to start dating but the only car we owned at the time was a stick. And for a while I used this as my excuse. One day my dad came to me and asked. Son, how bad do you want to have a girlfriend? I said extremely bad...Dad, but there is no car I can drive. What he said to me has stuck with me since then. He said, "There is a perfectly good car out there in the drive way, and although you may not be able to drive it right now, if you really want to date you will get your butt up and do something about it."

I taught myself to drive a stick within an hour.

Just square your shoulders, realize you are just as good as anyone else, and face your fears.

Just say hi. Never use stupid lines. Be sincere and honest. Treat them like you would anyone else. And have confidence in who you are. When you do, others will notice.

Whatever you think, believe, and feel, you will be and have.

Ok, I USED to be the same as you. One day, a friend gave me advice. Girls are people, they are not anything special, nothing different from you (except the clear things) treat them like you would your friends because if you feel like they are you're friends (even if you don't know them) you will be able to laugh at them, joke around, etc. Anyways, never act like you need them and never be the first to say, I like you. Also, don't show fear, girls smell it and think you're a wuss. Also, LISTEN to what they say, things they say will give you pointers in what to say next. Anyways sorry if I didn't help. Good Luck.

Say "hi, you look nice, what's your name?". If she smiles or tells you her name, say something else about her, why you noticed her, how cool her outfit is. Don't ask her a whole bunch of questions, just enable her to talk about herself. Relax, be yourself, don't pretend to be more than you are.

If you get no smile or no response move on. Lots of fish in the sea and remember it's all a game so have fun.
