I had earlier raised my query on is it wrong to love someone so much that you want to be with them always. I got many reply speaking about space in relationship? How much space should there between two people in a relationship. Shouldnt partners be aware of whats up with each others life, even if there is space.

You should let the person be free enough to do their own thing when they want to. They shouldn't feel like they have to have your permission before doing something. You should give them plenty of space....until you find out if they want to be close and intimate, you should not push them into something....

You should know whats going on in each others life but you don't need to live out of each others pockets. That's space. Everytime you go out, it doesn't have to be with each other, I'm not talking about clubs either.

I have been with my man for years and we sometimes sleep in different beds, not cause we are fighting but just to have space. Ever heard that saying, absence make the heart grow fonder? Everyone needs some time alone, even if it's just to start missing your partner a little

I think the trick is having a life of your own that makes you happy. A relationship should never be your sole source of happiness. You need your own goals, hobbies, friends etc., all of which requires time invested. That time that you spend on your own, working on your own life = space. If you make someone else your entire world and don't have your own life they will eventually get tired of the responsibility of making you happy and lose respect for you. Of course you should be aware of "whats up with each others life" but if you have your own life you will have something to contribute to the conversation and keep yourself interesting.

Distance makes the heart go fonder.

Too much space may drive her to wonder.
