President Putin in a speech yesterday accused America of 'wanting to rule the world'.

Has the time come to take their oil and gas resources by force also, or do we just grin and bear it?

all mr putin did was put into words what most of the world is thinking. george bush is not looking to make the world a safer place. what he is after is world domination. even contemplating an attack on russia illustrates this perfectly. we are not the rulers of the world. look at us. our government is a disgrace. bush and company spend more on tools of war than on education, health care, social security, housing combined. he has no trouble spending 100's of billions of dollars in iraq, but new orleans struggles to get a good levy system. senior citizen have to choose between food and medicine. mr putin speaks the truth, and you want to kill the messenger. absurd.

Wasn't it bad enough that we blatantly *ignore* the rest of the world when they disagree with us... now we should attack them?

There are two moral reasons to attack another country. One is because they attacked us--as in physically attacked us, with weapons and stuff, not just by saying mean things that hurt our widdle feelings. The other is because they have attacked one of our allies, assuming we have many of those left in the next year or two.

If we take their oil and gas resources by force, then we ARE wanting to rule the world and would have attacked Putin for speaking the truth.

Adding Russia to list of possible targets (like Iran, Syria, N Korea, Venezuela) would be a start. If I am not mistaken, CIA/Pentagon must have already done this (as soon as Putin's statement showed up in the media).

That should be no surprise to anyone who's been keeping up with world events and politics. It was just a matter of time when Russia (or Putin I should say) would publicly show where their allegiance truly stood.

Well the (British)left just loves Hugo and he said many things to make himself look like a fool and he wasn't attacked. So the answer is no. Putin is upset because they got caught selling military tech. to the insurgents and now he is crying about Bush. Poor Putin and the failed Russia.
"Then there is the touchy dispute over weapon sales. In a Mar. 24 phone call, Bush confronted Putin with U.S. intelligence indicating the presence in Iraq, in violation of U.N. sanctions, of antitank missiles and electronic jamming devices. Moscow's Aviaconversiya, one alleged seller of the equipment, denies direct sales to Iraq."

Bush, granted, wasn't the most ideal President yet as poor as Bush grow to be Obama is way worse! a minimum of Bush and the Republicans did not screw up the completed American Healthcare equipment. perhaps 10% of the persons are more beneficial advantageous off if that yet for most persons their insurance prices are lots higher and worse their Deductibles ( what they PAY out of their personal pocket in the previous insurance ever is seen or will pay) rose from $400.00 for most households to $4,000.00. Hows that low priced? can not blame Bush or the Republicans for that reason no longer one Republican voted for this mess or maybe drafted a line in the bill, it is ALL on the Democrats and now that they are going to enable infinite illegals into the country and placed them on the healthcare equipment we are all going to pay for them with money that would were used to help our personal people in want. For me and my feeling even besides the undeniable fact that i did not vote for Bush in any respect he no longer in trouble-free terms grow to be some distance more beneficial advantageous than Obama yet Bush not in any respect disrespected the region of President and Obama has made it a giggling inventory. he's carefully out of his aspect and fully incompetent for the interest. my personal opinion suggestions you.

The difference between Russia and the Muslim militants is that the Russians care whether they live or die. Most muslims don't.

"We" do not consider "you" among "our" ranks. Go to whatever third-world crap hole you prefer because it is apparent you hate America and it's people.
