End the relationship for the sake of your partner. Whatever trust was there is shattered and can never be completely repaired. Cheating doesn't just destroy your present relationship, but also bears on future one. If you try to stay with the one you cheated with, there will never be trust because each knows that the other has cheated before and may again. Whats more if the knowledge becomes public, it can damage your reputation. Try to move on with your life now and find someone new and next time, stay faithful. If you feel that you want to be with someone else, then break off your relationship and go to them. In the long run, you will be better off.

anyone can confess after being caught, it takes a real person to confess their dirty little secret while or before it gets physical. had you confessed and said you were sorry, and it wouldn't happen again (and meant it) then there might be hope for you.
i wish there were something i could say to you, but i am disappointed in you. (and i don't even know you)
sit and think of how you have hurt your boyfriend, and how he must feel betrayed.
if there is any hope for salvaging your relationship it is now. you have got to stop your cheating, stop all contact with the other guy, and do some serious *** kissing.
i hope you have learned from your mistakes.
words of wisdom from my wonderful late Grandma "i could trust a thief before a liar(cheater)
and i will always tell the truth to anyone, i am honest, and don't find it necessary to sugar coat things.
even though i think you screwed up majorly, i hope you can work things out, and that you have a good enough guy to take you back, because whether you like it or not, i'm not sure you deserve it.

Apologize. Alot. But you have to mean it.
Explain the reasons why you cheated. And if you still love your significant other then let him/her know. And you must never let it happen again.
But if you don't want to be with your SO anymore, then just leave them. You've already made it easy by cheating.
I don't know if my answer was very helpful..

Why were you cheating? You deserve to get caught. Quit being a jerk. Learn the meaning of commitment and responsibility.

First you find out exactly what he knows so you can see if there is any possible way to deny it. If not then tell him you all have only 'kissed'. The reason I say to do that is no he will more than likely forgive you. But if you want to go the honest route then just tell him the truth and beg for forgiveness. Good luck chica

you should explain then let your partner move on. If you wanted to be with him you wouldn't have cheated. Not very nice

If you're lucky, you'll be forgiven and if you're smart you'll never do it again.
However, it really isn't up to the cheater, it's more the decision of the person they were cheating on.
