All the Road side buildings should be permitted on first floor & above only.?

The main traffic problem is due to vehicle parking of owners and visitors near road side shops, offices, showroooms etc. The solution to this problem is easy if local authority make compulsory them to leave ground floor pillars place for parking, lift and staircase only.

Your idea is allready applied in many cities , building's basement are used as garage or parking area .
