I've not spoken to my close female friend for 2 months as we got to close.I told her that I wanted no contact so that I could get over her. She only wanted to be friends.

I've tried to get bck in touch as I've got over her now and I'm interested in another girl. She's been ignoring my attempts to get in touch-I've apologised if I wasn't tactful in the way I said I wanted no contact for awhie

My friends have told me that she's told them that she's ignoring me 'AS WE ARE ON A BREAK' - MEANING?

Also she thinks that I think of us as a couple!

Why would she say this - especially as I'm the one who wanted no contact TO GET OVER HER!!!

Advice

I just don't understand why she's lying!!!

Why she hurting-she wanted to be friends!

Well I could only say that she is in love with you. Most of the time what you can't have is what you want the most. She wants you, if not she is mad at you but I will go with the first one. You just have to have a talk with her. See what is going on and when you do just settle this once and for all. If you do not address the situation to her then you will end up in a world of lies. She was your close friend and after getting to know you more she fell for you and then it happened. So JUST TALK TO HER! Yes she wanted to be friends but did you see the hidden meanings behind that? If not you did not look hard enough.

Why are you so interested in getting back in touch with her if you are with someone else? Why not write her an email saying that you miss her as a friend and that it would be great if you could meet up again as friends.

You say you have a girlfriend so I suggest you spend your time and energy on her and forget about a girl who just wants to be friends. Maybe it is for the best that you are no longer in touch. Be happy with what you have in your life and don't worry about what you don't.

there must be some problems with her mental state... OR she loves u too, but she's expecting u to work harder to own her... thats y she said she wanted to be friends... but when u finally gave up and try to get over her, it kind of hurt her... dats y she said it, coz she thinks u guys are couple... actually, this is all her fault... she didnt really make it clear with what she wants from u... OR she just wants to get back to u coz u treid to get over her... thats all the possibilities that i could think from ur situation that u have explained...

it sounds like your being a bit selfish! u want her friendship when u want it y should she be your friend when u want her to, maybe she has got very strong feelings for u so she doesnt like the thought of u thinking about other girls.x

sometimes girls don't like to admit that they're being dumped. They have high self esteem and they are afraid that they would be laughed. or maybe she want others to know that someone is "desperately" going after her.

she's still into u n' she can't accept the fact that u've already broken up with her......give her some time.....she'll get over u as long as she kept herself occupied......ask her friends to bring her out n; have some fun......
