You mean restore order among men as to matters of religion? Was there ever a time when there was such a thing? Abraham had to deal with idol worshipers, Jesus with the super religious rulers of the Law. No there never was such a time so restored isn't the word. The word is establish..... Sorry but that won't happen until He make ever knee bow and every tongue confess... JIm

Yes he will. Soon the whole earth will be one faith and speak one language, and will worship God in spirit and in truth. "--They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of Jehovah, as the waters cover the sea."
"For then will I turn to the peoples of a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of Jehovah, to serve him with one consent." Zephaniah 3:9
The earth will become a global paradise, free of sickness, war, crime, and terrorism. Even death itself will be no more. Revelation 21:4, Psalm 37:9-11
We all know the "Lords Prayer" and we ask for God's Kingdom to come and it shall and when it does, order will be restored and God's original purpose for the earth and mankind will then be fulfilled.

As far as I'm concerned Planet Earth is Mankind's Kingdom, so, we're the ONLY ONES in charge to restore order. We're no slaves/subjects to any 'God'.

When Jesus returns after the 7 year Tribulation period (during which there will be horrors that mankind has never seen before) He will put a STOP to the wickedness of mankind and set up His 1000 year reign on earth. After that He will be recommishioned and a new heavens and earth will be formed and He will reign and rule FOREVER and FOREVER.
Make no doubt about it, it's coming. The question remains, are YOU ready?

At His Second Coming: "For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known." Then He will settle all arguments about interpretations of the Scriptures, since He wrote them!

“Verily I say, this is the Day in which mankind can behold the Face, and hear the Voice, of the Promised One. The Call of God hath been raised, and the light of His countenance hath been lifted up upon men. It behoveth every man to blot out the trace of every idle word from the tablet of his heart, and to gaze, with an open and unbiased mind, on the signs of His Revelation, the proofs of His Mission, and the tokens of His glory.
Great indeed is this Day! The allusions made to it in all the sacred Scriptures as the Day of God attest its greatness. The soul of every Prophet of God, of every Divine Messenger, hath thirsted for this wondrous Day. All the diverse kindreds of the earth have, likewise, yearned to attain it. …”
BAHA'U'LLAH, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha’u’llah, pp. 10-11
“Know thou assuredly that the essence of all the Prophets of God is one and the same. Their unity is absolute. God, the Creator, saith: There is no distinction whatsoever among the Bearers of My Message. They all have but one purpose; their secret is the same secret. To prefer one in honor to another, to exalt certain ones above the rest, is in no wise to be permitted. Every true Prophet hath regarded His Message as fundamentally the same as the Revelation of every other Prophet gone before Him. …
The measure of the revelation of the Prophets of God in this world, however, must differ. Each and every one of them hath been the Bearer of a distinct Message, and hath been commissioned to reveal Himself through specific acts. It is for this reason that they appear to vary in their greatness. …
… God’s purpose in sending His Prophets unto men is twofold. The first is to liberate the children of men from the darkness of ignorance, and guide them to the light of true understanding. The second is to ensure the peace and tranquility of mankind, and provide all the means by which they can be established. …”

Well, you have answered your own question with your pronouns. "His" kingdom, and "theirs". God's kingdom never lost its "order", and man's kingdom never will have it. That is why we need to leave this world and be taken to God's eternal Kingdom to dwell with Him forever.
