last weekend I met a japanese girl in a party, we didnt talk too much but hug and exchange innocent kisses on the cheeck ( uncommon in japan), next week I will see her again. she says any where will be ok to go out,any suggestions to improve the relation?

Being okay to kiss her at the party does not necessarily mean she would feel comfortable being kissed on the street, for example. Depending on where you meet her next time, it is safe to take a step at a time. And you have to learn quickly what type of girl she is, whether she is willing to rush things, or she wants take her time to go further.

It's cherry blossom time (at least in Okinawa) If there are cherry blossoms out where you are, why not pack a picnic lunch and take her to a park near the sakura flowers. Can make for a verry romantic date.
