I want to try St. John's Wort for treating my depression. I am currenlty also taking stresstabs with zinc (1 pill daily)...will the St. John's wort interefere with the stresstabs with zinc or can I take both at the same time?

Well, it is difficlut to say without doing a lot of research on the net. Best solution is to try for a few days and see how you feel. Normally any bad interactions should disappear when you discontinue.
