Might not be acne, but some kind of rash?? You can inexpensively try Tea Tree Oil. A great Aussies remedy! Dab a very little (like with q-Tip) onto each spot. Then wash your face as it is very astringent smelling and greasy a bit. At night is the best time, and you may see a big change right away. Great for acne and blackheads! You might consider taking Milk Thistle everyday. A liver cleansing-support herb (as your liver governs your skin: the largest human organ) with no side effects of toxicity.
good luck here.

Try using a good moistuizer for a few weeks. If your skin is not oily those little buggers could be from dry skin or sensitive skin.
