You might wanna try 'Werng Nakorn Kasem' near Sapan lek(Metal bridge).
The place is past Chinatown.
That's where they sell Guitars, basses, drums, effects etc
There's a whole Soi full of guitar shops down there.

I think the answer that you got in another forum where you posted this question is on the right track. There certainly used to be a big guitar shop in World Trade center, I am not sure if it is still there after the recent refurbishment - probably. There are also guitar shops in Siam Discovery (mall) &, I think, in Pantip Plaza. There is also a nice one hidden in a quiet soi over the other side of Petchburi Road from Pantip (walking towards the BTS) - can't remember its name. However, as I never looked, I don't know if they sell guitar effects also. I assume so but I don't know if they have a big range or not. Next time I'm in these areas I'll have a look as you have peaked my own curiousity.
You could add some extra details to your question about whether you're looking for individual pedals (even the brand, Boss, etc.) or one on those big units that you can programme hundreds of different ways to get the effect you want.
