A good girl is a lady who is not premiscuis in any way ! someone who may otherwise be obliguing, interested, and agreable. Perhaps she may indulge in sexual relations but only within the confines of a comitted relationship ( however even this may be unlikely) with a good girl !
Personally I like a good girl who dresses like a Christina Aguilera

Not me. I have never been a good girl. I have been told I am great...but I am not sure that is what you are asking. I prefer girls that are bad, but look good!
