Does anybody feel sad during the evenings? If yes, why?

I have no idea but lateing the sadness have been getting over men. Like every night I will cry and cry and I don't know why. This is a sign of depression. I talked to my docot and I was on prozac for a little while but then I realize that I didn't like it anymore. I haven't had those symptoms since but they can be different in other people. I think they are coming back again though.

Nocturnal Depression is what this is called.
This can be treated or controlled with drug therapy and believe it or not if you up the wattage on your light globes so you are in bright light this helps remove the feelings you are experiencing.
Some psychiatrists suggest using a high wattage Halogen lamp and sitting in its glow for a bout 20 minutes of an evening It apparently works wonders.

Yes because you have time to stop and think about what is bothering you. Instead of taking prescriptions to mask the problem, try counseling and exercise. Walking has proven to be an effective anti-depressant, get outside and be active.

i do i dunno why but my guess is because im home from school where im busy all day (same with work but i wouldnt know) and when your at home you can think and you think of all your problems and they overwhelm you its like when youve hurt yourself and you dont concentrate on it you forget about it. same logic
