Je t'ai acheté un livre (tu or t' is singular you and infamiliar

Je = I
vous/tu=you
ai acheté=bought
un livre =a book

I say it like this: J'ai achete' un livre pour toi(vous). Je (vous ai)t'ai achete' un livre.// If you just bought the book for your friend, you say:
Je viens d'acheter un (ce) livre pour toi.-(I just bought a (this) book for you).-
