Get a food-grade 5 gal plastic container with lid. Put hole in lid just large enough to pull a clear plastic hose through leaving 1/2 inch inside lid, about a foot outside for venting. Buy and mix in the container: 8 lbs. sugar, 3 gal. grape juice, 2 gal. water, 3 pkgs. of yeast. Put lid on air tight and put the hose into a waterfilled jar. When the hose stops bubbling ( about 4 wks. ) , wait one week and pull off the lid and pour off until sediment begins mixing. Takes about two more weeks for the wine to clairify, then bottle. I use baking yeast but brewers yeast is better. Longer the wine ages the better it is. This is easy. More to it when fruit is in wine. Strawberry is fantastic !!!
