Saying, "I love you" with all sincerity to a girl is the most decent way I can think of. It has been said like that by generations through the ages with neither the boy nor the girl finding the words offensive or vulgar. Those three words convey one of the sweetest emotions of the human heart.

There is not one better/decent way to say, "I LOVE YOU." Those are the best 3 words(put together) that anyone could possibly utter, say, shout, mumble, etc. As long as I can hear and decipher those words, I don't care how "decent" you make it.

if you want to find a descent way of telling a girl you love her first start by acting well mannered when you see her near you. Second maybe give her a romantic card or write her a poem. Hope it works out.

look her dead strait in her eyes, hold her hands or put your arms over her shoulders and say "your the most beautiful girl I've ever seen and I just want you to know that I will always love and care about you no matter what, and that's a promise I'll keep for the rest of my life!"

1. Picture the girl as your mother and for how much she did for you i meen like mothers do they cook and clean for when you were little. Try that!
2. Try to get her to say it first then itll be easier for you to say it back.

Though my wife likes it when she tells me that and I say, "Damn right you do". She seems to get a kick out of it everytime.
