if you're actually deep frying the chicken - my favorite is old bay chicken with old bay seasoning (sometimes chesapeake seasoning). I have tried to recreate this spice, and trust me, it's easier to buy the tin from the supermarket. it's a time-tested flavor and quite easy to make. spray chicken with cooking spray, place into a flour batter with large amounts of old bay, and deep fry until ready. the combinations of paprika, cayenne hot pepper, black pepper and other spices is unbelievable.
if you're baking the chicken in a little oil, I'd try adobo chicken which is to spray cooking oil on chicken then liberally sprinkle the hispanic spice adobo on it (avail in your mexican food aisle). the best is to grill it, but if that option isn't available bake it for 10 minutes too long. the saltiness of the adobo seals in the flavor into the chicken. accompany with a fresh salsa.
Good Luck!

Well for fried chicken you can mix lots of parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper, or any other spice that you like. The cheese gives it a different flavor and isn't over-powering (that's why you need a lot).
For the fried rice, there is actually a great recipe for it on Uncle Ben's brand rice (the one in the red box). I found following this general recipe and then adding the ingredients that you like is the best way to go (I add shrimp and brocoli).
Chicken wings are pretty standard, the only thing I can suggest is using different hot sauces for your base. Again you can mix in oregono, garlic, parmesan etc... You can also use a mollasses base and have them sweet and not hot.
Best thing to do in the kitchen with any meal is experiment!

This recipe is quick and easy to make - the sauce can be heated while you're deep-frying the chicken. For a less spicy version, reduce the chile paste to 1 teaspoon. Serves 4 to 6.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
Marinade:
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
Sauce:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons chile paste
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 green onion, washed and diced
Other:
cornstarch, for dredging chicken
3 1/2 - 4 cups oil for deep-frying, or as needed
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, optional
PREPARATION:
Deep-fried Chicken directions:
Cut the chicken into small, approximately 1-inch cubes. Add the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken for 20 minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, prepare the sauce.

Sure. Gather your chicken portions, wings, legs whatever in a bowl.
Season it with salt, pepper, a pinch of chili powder (if desired).
Add a crushed chopped garlic clove, a few drops of soya sauce if using light, less if using dark.
Squeeze half a lemon over it or a couple of drops if using bottled lemon.
Crack an egg over it, mix well and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes longer is better.
Mix again and drain.
Sprinkle with flour. A good tip is to put all of the drain peices in a plastic bag, then add 2 or 3 tablespoons of flour then shake the bag.
Less messy.
Separate the peices then fry.
Deep frying is recommended to reduce the oil content in the finish food but you can shallow fry it too, allowing all sides to cook thoroughly.
Once cooked, lay on a bed of paper kitchen towels.
Enjoy!

Here is a good fried chicken recipe:
four chicken breasts or thighs (boneless or bone in)
Soak chicken pieces in very salty water in refridgerator overnight or all day; pat pieces dry. Dredge in flour with lots of salt and pepper (dredge means put flour, salt, and pepper with chicken in sealable plastic bag and shake until well coated). Coat skillet with cup melted Crisco or butter or oil and brown chicken on both sides. Simmer on low (covered with lid tilted) for 45 to 60 minutes turning regularly.
Here is a fried rice recipe:
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
4 cups cooked rice
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley, optional
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten
Saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in the rice, teriyaki sauce, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper. Cook over medium to low heat for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the egg; cook and stir until egg is completely set, about three minutes.

Buttermilk fried chicken......
If you use whole chicken pieces always remove skin except from wings. Singe those.
use about 1 cup buttermilk and 1 beaten egg mixed together...Put seasoned flour in bowl or bag dip chicken in batter then in flour and fry as normal. It is so good . My mom and I used to do it every Sunday!

Try getting a half- cooked chicken breast and stuffing it with cheese and chives, wrap it in panchetta with a toothpick through it to hold it together.
I wish they had panchetta here. It would be awesome. =(
