If she is caring solely for the kitten she moved, there may be something wrong with the other kittens. If she has taken it under the bed and left it, there may be something wrong with it. Animals have a way of knowing this, and will get rid of a sickly baby so that they are not wasting their energy, food, etc on it. Survival of the fittest. Make sure they all appear healthy, and are eating well. If they are, try reintroducing the kitten to its box. If she moves it again, you may have to hand feed it. Just keep trying to reintroduce it without making the mother cat feel uncomfortable.

Cats will change where there litters are. This is from when they lived in the wild. After awhile they would feel like there litter wasn't safe, so they would find a new spot to keep there litter in. If you don't like where she is moving her litter or don't think it is safe there, try showing her a new place that would be better. She might not like it though. Its just one of those things that you can't really change.

cats, like other animal, have their own way of caring their babies. they don't have to be given or they might not want the idea of transferring their babies from were they gave birth into a litter box. i also have cat and whenever she gives birth, she does it under our sink, ont time, i took her babies and put it on a basket to give them a safer place, but my cat kidnapped her babies and never find where she put it. i suggest to let her put her babies in the place where she fills that is safer for them.

She is moving them because her current location feels unsafe or unclean. Do not handle the kittens...
