Speaking as a woman who loves anal sex I think that it works for me on an emotional level as well as physical. There is a feeling of doing something forbidden and maybe even a little nasty. Kind of like getting off on doing something that no prim or proper women should ever do. Knowing that the prudes of the world wouldn't approve is something of a kick too. It's also something that only I initiate between my husband and myself so it gives me a feeling of control. I'm not being dominated like some think, although if that's what floats your boat then go for it.
I know it drives my husband wild when I whisper in his ear something like "I want to feel you in my a s s tonight" so I enjoy knowing that he's excited. When I have an orgasm during anal it feels far more intense to me and I really get off like a skyrocket. I don't know how much of that is due to physical or psychological reasons but it's true all the same. For me anal doesn't hurt but I know how to relax and enjoy it and I imagine that makes all the difference. I love anal for a bunch of reasons.

Thank goodness that Barb chimed in. I never knew there were so many homo-phobic people out there that they would honestly believe that if a guy wants to practice anal with a GIRL, they must have gay tendencies, or be gay. That's one of the most illogical statements I have ever read and it seems to be a common thought amongst people that are too uptight to try new things with someone they love.
