Yes to the heating system but no on the a/c system. While some of the Armored equipment do have air conditioning, the Abrams tank does not.

With a thumping great engine inside an armoured body and a few blokes as well, I'd reckon tanks need a cooling system. You don't want the crew to die of heatstroke before they get a few shots off at the enemy, that is before they get the chop themselves.

When some WW2 aircraft (light bombers) designed for European conditions were adapted for use in the tropical Pacific by the Royal Australian Air Force, multiple aircraft were lost with the entire crews in non-combat areas. The RAAF kept saying "pilot error" "pilot error" and never investigated properly. It got so bad that some pilots and crew were volunteering for extra combat duty in other aircraft so as not to have to fly the particular plane.

One influential family pulled some political strings and insisted on a postmortem on their son. Turned out he and the rest of the crew had carbon monoxide poisoning. Removal of the cabin heaters had left a path for CO to enter the crew cabin. As the pilots passed out, they slumped forward, pushing the stick forward. The planes nosedived into the ground. So some warbirds did have cabin heaters.

Modern day tanks are equipped with heating systems and many now even have A/C.

Helos and planes do also, because atmospheric temps drop dramatically at higher altitudes.

Tanks are warm enough inside. They only lack the headroom we'd all like.

they do, but some don't depending model and what specific area of combat, cos they can explode steam into the compartment and suffocate the driver passengers. they now use electric or shut off valves automatically for that reason,
