Just say theres a woman you work with who is a fair bit younger than you.She likes you and you get the general idea.She talks to you a bit and goes red around you.Is sometimes nervous around you. Would you flirt back if there was no feeling on your part.By flirt i mean smile,still talk to her,laugh at her jokes,try to make her laugh,tell her about your friends,tell her you've been thinking of her and give her eye contact from across the room or just when the two of you are talking in general.Would you even try to get her attention physically. This guy knows i like him and still flirts but then sometimes he doesn't flirt. But i still see him looking at me.would you men do all of this if you weren't interested in her ?aswell?

Well if he does not flirt back then that means he is having a rough day. Most guys will not admit this, we just go on grumpy. If you like him so much then I would say just go out with him, but you two work together and if the relationship fails then you got problem. Which means before you could ask him just make sure he is the right one for you. I seen this too many times and have been involved this situation. You see a flirt is just a flirt, do not take it the wrong way, See if the other person would like to have lunch with you then get to know that person even more before you make any right or wrong decisions. Eye contacts could be deadly so watch out for that as well because it could mean that he is just looking around or he is just thinking, you will never know. But when you do get to know him better and you know it could work then go for it and ask him out. Remember you just don't want to ask him out just in case he breaks your heart, take it slow and steady and just think that.

LOL, I have been in the same position with a girl where I worked. She was 25 and I was 49 at the time. Looking at you alot tells you that he is interested but not speaking to you,sometimes, can mean is is either busy or didn't notice you or is afraid. Afraid that if anything did become of the flirting that you would leave him for a younger man. That's the biggest fear. He might not say it but believe me that thought has crossed his mind.
My suggestion would be to ask him out for breakfast or coffee and talk to him. Let him know how you feel and take it from there.

I had issue like that, a girl thought I loved her, I felt sad in the end. I left the job she was crying, I never thought she will fall for me. (I hated myself for a while I even stoped contacting her, I hate seeing a girl cry I feel so hurt inside).Thats why this days I am friends with girls but I am very careful so I dont want to hurt anyone. Best thing to do go to lunch with him just know more about him and talk about relationship for example "So do you have someone in yourlife" that will tell something about you wanting a relationship.good luck =).

Uh, i may be extremely nice or something but when i'm at work i usually flirt around with the guys, or i'm just being plain polite, when I laugh at their jokes or look at them and smile. but outside of work i would never talk to any of these folks. so take that into consideration.

You like them but do u love him. Although some symptoms shows you do. Now the next thing is this, just try telling him your feeling and thoughts and carefully watch the reaction. You will understand it soon, or if you don't want to do right now then give some time and watch.

No, if I wasn't interested I wouldn't pay much attention other than to be polite. It sounds like he is interested in you. Talk to him, be yourself and see what happens. Good luck!
