An American&an Indian&a Chinese are drinking tea
The served tea has a fly in it
The American throws the fly and drinks the tea.
The Chinese throws the tea and eats the fly.
The Indian sells the tea to the American and the fly to the Chinese
and buys a special tea with the money he got.
