Usually it will stop. You can avoid any burning or discomfort by not straining when you are having a bowel movement, There are also OTC medications available that will help you heal .. Preparation H is one, and so is a cold compress with Witch Hazel. If on the other hand, it persists, you should see a doctor.

When a haemorrhoid bleeds it is because it has ruptured.
This is something you need to be discussing with your Dr.
It could be a serious matter.

Your "friend" should see his doctor. I put quotes around friend because I know it's you. edit: lol, a hemorroid is in the ****, if you went to a urologist you would be sent away.

you need to goto hospital or someone who can put anti bacterial cream on it or it will get infected. asap!
