I have staved my fingers and hand what should i do?

Unfortunately there is nothing else you can do other than rest. If you had just staved fingers they would tape them to the surrounding fingers to support them. As it is your hand and fingers just try to rest the area as much as possible. You could try painkillers and possibly a support bandage depending on what part of the hand is sore.

It should heal over a week or two.
