God said what God has cleansed, call it not unclean, if we receive it with thanksgiving. Colossians 2:16-17 says Let no man judge you in meat, whcih means no man can judge you if you eat pork.

No. The Israelites were forbidden to eat pork, but the food laws were only for Israelites, which no longer exist as a people. While certain religions such as Islam have regulations regarding pork, I have interpreted your question to refer to reality rather than false religions. In Christianity, people can eat pork without condemnation of sin. However, for practical reasons, Christians would do best not to eat pork--God didn't give the food laws to the Israelites just for fun. They were practical dietary regulations.

yes in Islam you will go to hell for eating pork, it is a dirty animal..................and this to the first person who answered,
'If God didn't want me to eat pigs, why did He make them out of meat?'

he never made them out for meat, i mean for heaven-sake would you eat a horse, donkey, dog, cat or rats......they all have meat in them but you can't eat them, not everything on earth is made to be put in your mouth..........God gave us cow, lamb, chicken and even duck isn't it enough.
DAMN!!! people think!!!!!!!

OH yeah people in the Christina faith and the Jewish faith are not allowed to eat pork, but some seem to think it's OK because its the 'modern times' so they basically contradicted them selves.

My only problem with it is the bible contradicted itself on the matter on one hand it says "thou shalt not kill", If it says not to kill then it means not to kill. It never specified who what you shouldn't kill, it says plainly and simply "thou shalt not kill" I don't eat meat. I think it's disgusting. Hence why I am not religious, among other subject matters I wish not to get into.
