Come on, he's not looking for the translation of "ancient greek". He is asking how a name would mean "son of" in Ancient Greek, just like -oglu in Turkish. [I assumed it's a he, excuse me if I was wrong]
Here you go:
1. Διαδίκτυο -diadiktyo (Thi-uh-THI-kti-o) --neologism
2. Δίκτυο /Δίκτυο Εργασίας -diktyo ergasias (ΤΗΙ-kti-o Er-guh-see-uhs)
3. Δίκτυο (Ιστός would be Web)
4. The thing about ancient greek names is that, as nouns have cases in Greek, both ancient and modern, people would use their father's name in the genitive case as a last name plus an adjective in the nominative case showing region of origin. Son is Υιός, but I'm not sure about if this was the word used at those times. The word Παις (child) is another one.
5. (Modern Greek) Γιός του Διαδικτύου.
Διαδίκτυιος would seem like a pun to me, if you are interested (linguistically, I think it's a wrong combination, but it could work).
6. If network is present, Διαδίκτυο Παρόν. If it is the present of the network, it's Διαδικτυακό Παρόν -diadiktyako paron (th- uh -thi -kti- uh- ko puh-rohn).

edit: About the son suffix... Yes, the -idis/-ides suffix can show the descendant, someone who is like his/her ancestor.. And I used the example of Athens in the classical era (Somehow I have the impression the case was the same everywhere).

1) Diadiktio (Διαδίκτυο)
2) MICHANISMOS-DIARTHROSSIS DIKTIOU (Μηχανισμός-διάρθρωσις δικτύου).
3) Diktι (Δίκτυ)
4) There were many suffixes, according the zone. Most popular were -idis, and -eidis. So, taking up name Achilles, his son would have been called Achilleidis. The son of Hector Hectoridis and son of Homer Homeridis.
A make up word for son of the internet, would be:
Internet-edes, according to ancient greek suffuxes for son!
5) Diadiktiakos or diadiktiomenos.(Διαδικτυακός-διαδικτυωμένος).
6) Diadiktio paron (Διαδίκτυο παρόν).
Ηope they'll do!

Ciao.....John-John.

Well,I happen to be greek and would be glad to help!
1.Internet-Διαδίκτυο(Diadiktio),
even if we don't use that word.We prefer to call it Internet
2.Network-Δίκτυο(Diktio)
3.Net-Ιστός(Istos)
4.Son of ancient greek suffix-Γιός αρχαίου ελληνικού επιθήματος(Gios arxeou ellinikou epithimatos...),that would be the translation literally,It doesn't make any sense in greek(?)
5.Son of the Network-Γιός του Δικτύου(Gios tou diktiou)
6.Network present-Δίκτυο Παρών(Diktio paron)
I included the way the words are pronounced, written in latin,as I guess it would be difficult for you to read them in greek..
You are welcome-Παρακαλώ!
