It doesn't matter as long as you are consistent. You need to realise that your weight will vary throughout the day by around 2 kilos, possible more. Rather than have a specific weight in mind you want to be settle on a healthy range that you expect to move between. Take into account if you weigh dressed or undressed. Most people believe that weighing themselves first thing in the morning after showering and using the bathroom but before breakfast gives the most accurate weight. That's rubbish. That is the only time of day you weight that amount. It's actually better in my opinion to weight fully clothed, with shoes at any time which is convenient during the day. Once you accept that actually 2 kilos here or there doesn't really matter that much you are one you way to dealing with any weight issues you may have.

It should be noted that the average adult eats approximately 2 kilos in food a day and should drink at least 1.5 litres of water so that's 3.5 kilos passing in and out of your body during the day.

If you are trying to lose weight then it's a general downward trend you want to see. Don't allow yourself to get onto an emotional rollercoaster over every 100gms look at the big picture, what you lost over all in the course of 1 month or 3 months. Same for maintaining, if you weight approximately what you did this time last year, fine, if you are 3 kilos heavier, or you are drifting out of your healthy range, it's time to do something about it.

If you want to weight the least possible, then first thing in the morning, after the loo but before you shower.
But as long as you always weigh yourself at the same time of day it doesn't matter too much

After visiting the loo first thing in the morning, at this point you have digested any food you ate the day before and have an empty bladder thus giving a truer reading.

first thing in the morning after going to the toilet to empty your bladder. Try to only weigh yourself only once a week and at the same time if possible ( your weight fluctuates during the day and from day to day so you would get different weight readings )

When you get up in the morning, it is best toweigh yourself after you go to the toilet. This allows the body to be at it's smallest without any food weighing you down.

However, it's not the same with body height. You are the tallest in the morning and shortest before you go to bed.

Well i think the best time is right in the morning , right after you pee, naked. But if you do it at that time you should do it the same time everytime you weigh yourself to get an accurate reading

it doesn't really matter as long as it is the same time, after shower, before going to bed or what ever consistently is the most accurate. Whatever fits your schedule but same time
