My immediate family know my girlfriend pretty well. Except for my secondary family e.g. grandparents. I introduced my girlfriend to my grandparents as a friend. How do I tell my grandparents about my girlfriend now as I told them she was just a friend? I am close to my grandparents.

ok if u dont want ur grandparents to ask u why u don't tell them at the first time, just tell ur grandparents that she used to be ur friend then now u both develop feelings & she became ur girlfriend/lover.

I am pretty sure that your grandparents already know that she is more than a friend to you. If they still think that she is a friend just tell them they will understand. good luck
