the German army of today has 254.538 men and women in service divided into the army, air force, navy, medical troops and some smaller axillary troop units.
Thy are well equipped with modern material and do operated outside Germany in NATO or European context

It not big, If i'm correct Germany cannot attack, their army is only meant for defense. There army isn't extremly small, if Germany could and wanted to attack Romania or another small country, it wouldn't be to hard for them.

Germany does not have a big army anymore. They have only now about 100,000 troops, and most of them are intended as U.N. peacekeeping corps.

Germany has roughly 250k men in active duty. The equipment
varies from moderate to state of the art.
