It not big, If i'm correct Germany cannot attack, their army is only meant for defense. There army isn't extremly small, if Germany could and wanted to attack Romania or another small country, it wouldn't be to hard for them.

Germany does not have a big army anymore. They have only now about 100,000 troops, and most of them are intended as U.N. peacekeeping corps.
