I'm trying to install Premiere onto my PC and I come across a field where I have to type in the serial number. I have the 17 alphanumeric digits but it won't accept it?
It has 6 fields with space for 4 digits in each field. What am I doing wrong? Are there only meant to be 17 digits in the serial number?

You are short by 7 digits, i dunno how but maybe you are looking at the wrong set of numbers.Try this set of numbers it might work:
1132-1381-7346-2847-2617-6783
Also, call the support telephone number if you can't find the correct set of numbers. If 24digits is required, you should be givern 24digits, not less.
If that didn't work, try the following:

How can we avoid Adobe Pro 9 activation box poping up? I have used version of Adobe pro 9 and every time I open a PDF file it is asking me to do the activation or quit. When quitting the program closes. I do not have a serial number nor wanted to pay any penny. Anyone would help?

The serial number is on a sticker on the back of the CD case. If you purchased it online then the seller should have provided the information - the serial number is what you paid for. Start by making sure their email didn't get caught in your spam filter, then contact them to let them know you never received the key. If they won't send it then you'll need to contact your bank or credit card company to file a dispute against the seller.
