This was one of my very 1st questions when I joined yahoo answers...and some of the answers were nice and some not so nice...so from my own learnings since I have found that the answer to that is this...Yes it does exist.Sometimes we have to look for it or work for it,but it does exist.
Not through physical stuff or material stuff, but it is an attitude of the mind. We have to chose to be happy and follow that positive energy, especially around those we are in contact with every day. Negative people bring negative thoughts.
Usually its the simpless things in our lives that make us happy, whether it be our pets, our children, our parents or maybe even the satisfaction of peace in our home and our life. I guess the bottom line to all this is first put Jesus in your life, then these other things will be added unto you...even if you have none of the above to start with. Keep a song in your heart--one that helps--not hurts. God bless you with lots of happiness.

I think the question of happiness is different to every person in the world right now: one person's idea of happiness and how it can attained will inevitably be different to someone else's. And I'm happy to live with that!

Yes, it does. It exists within the minds of people who enjoy life for what it is and harbor no ill will towards anyone.
