I'm authorized to use any municipal corporation fleet vehicle except those deemed out of service or for revenue traffic. My
usual choice is #243 but #304 is fine if the snow plow equipment
isn't on it. I have a M-F day shift of 40 hours so my average paid
driving time probably exceeds 10 hours but never outside county.
Another six hours of unpaid driving occurs weekly if I don't walk
to work or bicycle. I have sea and speleological hobbies which
are included in these estimations. Ditto, foreign travel.
