i will be doing 2 hrs on and elliptical bike

that's 12 kilos. it's not a healthy amount of weight to lose in 9 weeks. i'm not saying it's not possible, because it is, but it's been proven that the slower you lose the weight the more likely you are to keep it off. doctors recommend about 1 kilo per week. even that can be too much for some people.

with your extreme exercise i hope you're taking into consideration your diet. it's unhealthy to eat less than 1200 calories a day. and when you're working out for 2 hours everyday you should be consuming more. maybe like 1500. if you burn too much you'll lose muscle and that's not a good way to drop weight. you want to build up muscle while losing fat.

some simple tips for weight loss are to include a good source of protein with every meal, drink lots of water, have small regular meals through-out the day and try to avoid salt, refined carbs and processed sugars.

If you work hard at it you will be able to do it...However, do you think 47kg's is a healthy weight for your height and natural body type? Maybe get a GP's advice first. I'm 5'6" and went down to 42kg and that was too skinny for me. I'm now 54kg and my doc says I'm healthy. Sometimes people find that they just need to tone up rather than loose a lot of weight. Think carefully about it and stay healthy!!

I don't know. but if you're determined enough, you might just make it.

Although I don't see why you'd want to lose that much weight in such a short time. Without professional assessment, it might be dangerous.

Personally, I weigh 46 kg and I've problems gaining weight. So I'd say you're lucky as you are.
