I had a Jeep Cherokee and I put on a K and N filter on there and it made a huge difference (It wasn´t the type you put in the air filter box) I found it at autozone for like 80 bucks, but it was originally designed for the 8.1 liter Suburban V8. It fit on there super perfect too. I could tell it gave it more high end power because the engine could breath easier. Give it a shot and I´m sure you´ll like the sound it makes going down the road.

Apparently you have a V8 5.2L since you dual'ed the exhaust.

I would recommend the K&N air filter also. Also if money is of little concern the headers would greatly improve the ponies. There are a lot of aftermarket ideas, to many to really list, just gotta search around and see what you want and what you can afford. Hell with it, put a supercharger on it and that would beyond all doubts give you all the horses you want for that 318 and make you suck up the seat covers too.

Why do you have dual exhaust? Its a straight 4 or six.

You're most likely losing power with that alone.

Get a good header. I have Thorley. Get a cat back. I have Dynomax, but there are better cat backs out there. Get yourself a Cold air intake. I have an AEM system. That's about it.
As for your throttle body....leave the TB alone. The best time to upgrade that is if you change your cam.

A "K&N" air filter will add a few oats under the hood for about $50
