Which vitamins do you find essential and cannot be without?

i'm a vegan so i take a multi-vitamin. but the only ones i really worry about are iron, calcium and vitamin b12.
my diet is high in fruit and veg, protein and healthy grains so i'm pretty much getting everything i need, i just take them to be safe.

women need to be concerned about iron, calcium and folic acid. if you have a balanced diet there shouldn't be a need for vitamin supplements. but it couldn't hurt to pop a multi everyday.

I take a multi-vitamin, a prenatal vitamin (yes, and I'm not pregnant and yes it is ok with my gyn that I do this) to be exact. In addition to that I take B Complex and find that it also helps out a lot.

I have lupus and take several supplements
magnesium w/chelated zinc 300mg qd
vit e 400 iu qd
vit c 1000mg bid
fish oil 1000 mgs bid
multi vitamin
vit b complex 100 mg sublingually
iron, carbonyl 100mg qd
calcium 600mg bid
evening primrose 1000mg qd
mushroom blend
