If he's crate trained (and he really should be, it makes all the rest of the training he needs so much easier), kennel him when you eat, and don't let him be around you when you eat. The Pack Leader eats first, and eats alone, and doesn't share.

Dogs are pretty simple. They continue any behavior that's rewarded, and discontinue behavior that isn't rewarded. Whether you know it or not, you're somehow rewarding his bad behavior.
Here's what you do... Be sure you eat first. That's basic "Alpha dog" behavior, and reinforces that you're the pack leader. Do not feed him anything except regular dog food in his bowl. No hand-feeding, no table-stealing. Put a leash on him so he can't jump up on the table, and drag him out of the room if he misbehaves. Be calm, but firm. Ignore any whining. Praise him when he eats dog food out of his bowl. He will continue the behavior.
Trust me, he'll eventually get hungry enough that the food in his bowl will delight him, and you will have broken the pattern. And remember, each time you give him food when he begs/steals, you're reinforcing bad behavior. Dogs need firm boundaries that only you can provide. Good luck!

If you have changed his food, he may not like what you changed him to. When I had a puppy, at mealtime we would train her by putting her in another room where she could not get out or in her kennel. She finally learned that saying kennel meant that she was to go in there regardless of the reason. It got to the point that she just would place herself under the table and go to sleep when we ate. The kennel was the best training tool for our dogs. At first it may have been a punishment of sorts to them, but it eventually became their 'haven'. The one place they could go that was only theirs and no one else would enter.

u've spoil him!
u can stop feeding him from the hand and prevent him from taking food from the table for a start. and insist that he eats only from the bowl.
