I m doing aerobics to loose weight, so can u suggest which fruits will help me out. Thanx a lot............................

watermelon is loaded with water so it makes you feel very full after you eat it. however this feeling doesn't last too long and you will feel hungry soon after. but generally speaking all fruit and veg help in weight loss because most are relativaly low in calories and full of fibre and water.

nuts can either help in weight loss, or screw you up. in my experience if i were dieting i would avoid them because they are so more-ish. i can't stop and only have a few. other people can. and if you can it's better because they contain healthy fats and fibre and will keep you full for a long time. if you're not addicted to nuts then definitely include them in your diet. they will help you,in moderation.

Eat less fruit because it is full of sugar that puts on weight. half a grapefruit each day is good for your metabolism. eat one apple or orange a day. Eat alot of vegetables excluding potatoes. substitute with sweet potato and pumpkin. Eat yoghurt lite, each lots of protein, eat wholemeal pasta and basmati or brown rice. watermelon i heard wasn;t good for weight loss but i can't remember why. nuts are good, especially raw almonds, eat in moderation though a couple of handfuls a day but make sure they are raw and no salt.

Yes it does i was 190 pounds and now im 170 : ) i went down 4 or 5 sizes : ) just dont eat ALOT of noodles also vegan helps to

The first two parts have been answered. AS for the suggestion part, try searching for catabolic food- negative calories. These include a wide variety eg. apples, tomatoes, oranges etc

In gr5 i used to be 195 pounds but know im in gr 7 im 155
