There is no such book that I am aware of .... You would need to buy at least 4 books for this information.. A lot of books out there will give you a bit of info on a bit of what you wish to know .. Try buying a book on every subject you have listed .. Then absorb it slowly ....... It's the only way to learn...... Blessed Be

it sounds that you might like books on tibetan buddhism. an encyclopedia will provide objective and scholarly insights into the character of this religion.i'm not hoping you will take it up and if you read as a study, i think you will understand why i don't.
