I don't just mean sexually. Tonight I was out with some friends, and I saw someone looking at me. Right then I felt this intensely powerful feeling, and longing for them. It wasn't just based on sexual attraction...I really can't explain it. Even now, I'm longing for this stranger, and I feel despair since I will probably never again see them. I've never had this happen to me before, and I'm a little weirded out, but it's true. I feel like crying for losing them. What the hell? Has this ever happened to you, and what can it be?

Yeah, I had this happen once and then later I had a chance to actually meet the person. He was real dumb and totally hooked on himself. I had to laugh.

I have in fact fantasized about strangers and wondered what it would be like, or more feared what I would be missing if I let this opportunity slip away.
"I think I would have missed you even if I had never met you..."- oddly fitting for your situation.
I think that it could be a mixture of several things. The need for adventure and the unwillingness to fall into this routine that you feel you're trapped in. As well as the need of compassion and mystery to be alive again. Maybe you just got over a recent relationship that didn't end the way you planned and felt that in the larger scheme of things, this person was sent to you. Or maybe you have been alone for too long and mr/mrs right (you feel) has slipped through your fingers.
The only thing that you can hope right now, is when you have this feeling, instead of allowing it to charge you with despair, insist on following your gut and at least introducing yourself to them. What do you have to lose? Embrace this mystery, this challenge, this rebel against everything you have known... and give meaning to these feelings of loss of something you never had.

So you two had a moment together... That's when you start singing "You're beautiful...." j/k

So why didn't you do anything?

I love those moments... I was once at a candy store, I leaned over the counter to ask a question only to find her stunningly beautiful when she turned around. She leaned over as well and we were so closed to each other. We can feel the tension and sparks. So I moved in and kissed her and she kissed back. We were two complete strangers making out. It was fantastic! The shoppers thought it was crazy, but sometimes it just happens.

Seize the day mang! Seize the day!

hey. Yes this has happened to me. Whenever i was in town shopping there was this guy that always used to pop up somewhere and we would always have the eye contact thing.. i just knew there was something about him and i was drawn to him. I somehow found out his name and ended up meeting him through another one of my friends and i dont know what it was but it was like we were meant to be. We ended up getting together and become the best of friends too but there was just this bond that i cant explain. We broke up 6months later over stupid reasons and i guess it was just the wrong time in our lives. 4 and a half years on and i have even had a baby to another guy, i love him just as much now as i did back then. We still have a connection like no other and my heart aches for him everyday. Amazing. I believe that we are soulmates. So that could be your answer.. maybe you are soulmates? and the universe is drawing you to eachother. Go on your gut instinct it will lead you to the right place.

a bare guy breaking down and crying outdoors a KFC joint approximately ten minutes after it closed. He have been given carted off via the police. Edit: after analyzing relating to the guy who mentioned somebody dressed as Darth Maul, i replace into as quickly as approximately to seize the ferry to the Isle of Wight and all of those Elton John seem-a-likes have been submitting off the boat. between them replace right into a single man or woman dressed as Darth Vader. i could no longer help it, I burst out guffawing. He replace into even doing the heavy respiratory element.

It happened to me more than 10 times in my life. Only the first time (I was 16) I took an action. We were in love, we never had sex, it ended like it was not an ending, and I still remember him. If I can see him one more time, I would certainly have sex with him, just for the sake of old times. He was my first love.
