Is the Asian "family motorbike" charming or lethal?

much more necessary than charming due to the lack of means needed to purchase an auto, and unfortunately very lethal.

When i was in Asia it was charming. Now a few years later i think bloody hell how leathal is that. Damn western society and there health and safety!
