Would it be wrong to take as many,for sure, known bad guys with me as possible. While I still can? And I do mean the worst.

One problem with that is that you have passed judgement and sentence single handedly, with no regard to the rights of the ones in question or to the opinions and arguments of those who dissagree with you about those that you have in mind. On the other hand, if they had already been proven in their unacceptable behavior, then the punishment phase is being or is in the process of being carried out, as far as we are concerned as mortals.
Basically, what you will have accomplished is not a favor to mankind or your country, but disrupting a system that took almost 300 years to make the way it is now.
But I say, "Kill 'em all. Let God sort 'em out."
