that is chemical energy that is stored in you muscles in teh form of dextrose and oxygene in your blood bound to hemoglobine

I think it is also a matter of will of wanting to lift the schoolbag

jmb is right but if u consider the mechanical energy as well then while u lift it up u r using ur potential and kinetic energy(u r transforming/ giving it to the bag)
