Great question that has an answer. Human traits are passed on generation to generation, of course. The mixing of these traits, that is, people of different tribes and cultures have made us all what we are. I believe that to be true. Example: your father has big teeth and is quite big and your mother is from a different culture and she is very small in size, you end up being average size but with small features and big teeth. So as traits are passed on and on, the offspring either get the good traits and everything comes together in a pretty package or a not so pretty package. The same can be said about brains. This is easy to see in many families. I have 4 sisters and two brothers. All of the boys look almost exactly like our father. All of the girls are a combination of our mother and father. The boys are all fit and trim, the girls all have a weight problem, being on the heavy side.
As more and more races and different cultures come together these traits will be passed on and the offspring will get or not get traits that make them pretty or not so pretty. Same for brains.
I know your question was asked to be funny but there is a real answer.

He also gave me all that stuff at the same time! Somedays I'm dumb others smart. Some ugly some good. Some days are nothing. I think I share that trait with everyone don't I?

When God created Adam and Eve this was the start of human genes and because of pro-creation the gene pool has grown and become varied,perhaps that first sin has corrupted the gene pool so that we see less perfection as was first intended and more mistakes.
