i was thinking of geting one. Do you know any thing about it.

It's a very good car, with an excellent engine and superb tranny. However, I would definitely be concerned with reliability from VW. Another car with comparable performance, a lower price tag and much better reliability is the Honda Civic Si. You should test drive both before you buy. By the way, the Honda is not available as an automatic.

i love my new 07 GTI with dsg. I don't know much about it tho. You can ask the sales rep at the dealer. They seem to know a lot about it. I was told to play around with it when i get on the freeway. i got the extended warranty 7 years/70k miles, so i don't have to worry about breaking it. :D

it is a different set-up. it has been explained that it is a manual that gets shifted automatically. if you are used to a smooth shifting cadillac, you wont like this. the shifts arent harsh but they are obvious.
