I believe highly articulate speakers are born. They have the proverbial "gift of gab" and can captivate a crowd with this gift. It can be learned to some degree but those with the "gift" always stand well ahead of the ones that have learned it through training.

I believe they are born, well actually a little of both, 1st they have to get over the fear of being in front of people and 2nd they have to be able to get accross what they are saying in a way that captures people's attention. Taking a Speech class is VERY helpful.

born. If you aren't a good public speaker, you never will be. 61% of america has a fear of public speaking and these people will never get over it. It's just like performing. Some people will always be nervous.
