It's not true. I drink daily maximum 6 cups of Coffee, and coffee is only my daily drink to go on my life and I look very much younger, and no one can guess my Age even. You got to change your Personality: Hair cut, clothing, weight, stay away from stress- (Who gives you more stress, and it's worth to stay away rather sacrificing for your benefits. Smokers, Drug- Addiction, too much make up, less sleep, too skinny, stressed, could makes Person older. I've been drinking only coffee, no other fluids, accept little bit of water for the medecation almost 20 yrs,and I'm still active, stonger with my Osteoporosis, and Coffee gives me lots of energy to carry on my life. Anybody Who looks Stressd, and Haggard that has to deal with their'e Personal stressed life: like- Finance matter, Family Domestic, Career, Enviorenment, Bad company, Bad habbits, not love your self. You got to count all your blessings and look back what you desreve to have, continue, and what you had , and still have infront of your Eyes that you don't like it , get rid of it and you won't regret it. First you got to Love your self, before you Love anybody, not even your own Family members who ever you precious. Heart has to be pure and calm. I'm a Sociolize person, and I come across so many who tries to take my happiness away and I won't let that happen, because , First priority is my self to be happy, pleased in a good manner as possitive normal Human to share my goods with others. Coffee doesn't makes you Older or hagged. Medetation , Praying, good health, Possitive behaviour ,all other good stuff helps to keeps you younger and find happiness. Well...
I've been drinking coffee since I was 3 1/2... And I've always been told I look older than my age...
Honestly though, if one becomes dependent on the caffeine for normal daily functioning, a tired/ haggardly look could possibly result from lack of caffeine.
This is only from my experience though...
