being big and strong does not equate to being a good fighter. you can look at nog vs sapp, fedor vs zulu, fedor vs schilt even to see a tall guy fight, hackney vs yarbrough from UFC 3 and many more. these guys from the strongman event would last awhile due to their strength but their lack of knowledge and experience would make them vulnerable for submissions and strikes and especially takedowns. they have some stamina i imagine too but its a different sort of stamina they would not help them in an MMA match. also, big huge muscular arms tend to be very easy to armbar, once the arm is extended they will tap right out since they have no flexibility in their arms from all that mass. they could fight off the armbar for awhile but an experienced fighter would use technique to finish rather than brute force.

Good God I get so sick of repeating myself here but here I go yet again; Bruce Lee's skill in martial arts has never been uncommon in Chinese circles, people that lightning fast, graceful and precise, have always existed in the world of Chinese martial arts, although lately Jet Li complained that ever since his Wushu coach quit the Beijing Wushu Institute (I think he runs his own gym now), that their form has gotten sloppy. The Shaolin monks are still as clean as ever, however the people in the Beijing Institute, Li said, are sloppy compared to people trained by his coach. That was just propaganda likely for the release of his film "Game of Death." Throughout the 1970's, people in the Hong Kong movie industry were cashing in on Bruce Lee's name with countless "look alike" films being made. It wasn't until Jackie Chan made "Drunken Master" that the Bruce Lee look-alike era was finally over. Oh yeah, this is a little random but I'll say it anyway; Lee's features are very Cantonese. He doesn't look Han Chinese at all, at least not to me. Its actually kind of funny actually, I've seen so many Kung Fu movies I can almost tell where in China a given Chinese person is from just by looking at them. I can also tell them apart from the Japanese.
