You are so young to be worrying about death. If you take good care of your health you should live to be very old, and enjoy many years of happiness. You are the only person who can do this for you. Do you have medical insurance to help you? If not, there are free clinics in most cities. Check through a hospital for information to find one. If something should happen in the meantime and you should die; and if you believe in Jesus Christ as your personal savior you would go to heaven and live through eternity. That is a choice that only you can make. If you're not sure how you believe, you could consult a pastor and he would be more than happy to discuss it with you. I hope you are already a Christian and that you don't have to worry about that. Just try to find peace with your self and get help with your anxiety feelings. I hope you will look into getting closer to God. He will give you peace and contentment.
Take care of yourself.

I have been suffering from severe anxiety for 10 years and DO take anti-anxiety medications. Sometimes in addition to an anti-depressant, one needs an anti-anxiety medication if the general anxiety disorder is severe enough. There are some things that you can do to help calm yourself down though.
1. Breathe in slowly and deeply through your mouth to the count of six.
2. Hold for four seconds.
3. Exhale slowly through your mouth to the count of seven seconds.
4. Repeat 6 or so times, as an increase in oxygen will help to slow the pulse and prevent you from hyperventilating.

Also, be sure not to consume too much sugar or caffeine, as they can irritate anxiety symptoms. Get plenty of rest at night, and plenty of exercise, as they both help replenish seratonin (a chemical in your brain that keeps your mood balanced) in the brain. You also have to realize, and remind yourself, that there is no use is worrying yourself into a tizzy about the future. Start looking beyond your anxiety and look towards the brighter things that the future has to offer. I truly hope I was able to provide you with some help.

Fear of death is common. It is how we learn to deal with the fact the death is a certainty that reduces anxiety. As people age the move towards acceptance of death.
