Some medications may react chemically with each other, so check with your doctor. You shouldn't be taking 2 sleep meds: get a referral to a sleep clinic! If you add milk to green tea, you neutralise its good effects (sweeteners optional). Try seeing another doctor for a different opinion. Cut out salt and minimise salty foods (use Cenovis NO SALT) have more sweet & sours, curry and hot, spicy dishes, and your blood pressure should drop.

Mixing vitamin supplements by taking them all at once isn't a problem since there is no drug interaction. However taking prescription drugs at once might cause a undesired drug interaction you're better off taking them in succession over a short period of time. You must also consider some drugs are designed to be long lasting and are so called "time released drugs" in which case it would not matter when you take them. Check with your doctor to be safe.

I too take two different kind of BP pills and 2 different Antidepressants. Go by your written instructions. I was taking mine all at once and the two antidepressants at the same time were causing jumpy muscles. I take one at night and one in the day and it went away. You especially want to watch your BP pills, your BP could drop too quickly.

Mixing drugs is not a good idea. You could always ask your doctor. Also, do you think all those things (green tea, etc.) are necessary?

GO to your pharmacist with a list of these meds and ask. Some meds should not be mixed with others.
